We prefer to have about a 10-minute telephone conversation before making an appointment with a new patient to give both of us a chance to see if we think we’re a good match.  You tell us briefly your problem or goals.  We will tell you briefly if we think we might could help and what strategy we might take.  If it’s not a good match, no hard feelings  and we don’t make the appointment!
